The primary use for Mama's Drawstring Savior is to protect your drawstring from pulling out or tangling during washing and drying. There are three primary ways to apply the product to your drawstring garment before washing and drying.
1. If the drawstrings are thick you can slide a heart on both strings separately to the neckline. Lose fitting does not work well so choose wisely. This style of use is more for the novel fashion accessory application.  
2. If the drawstring is medium thick use one heart and pull both strings through the heart and slide it to the neck line. This style of application works best with most drawstring sizes.
3. If the drawstring is thin the best option is to pull both drawstrings through one heart and tie a bow behind it. This will help prevent those thin strings from getting tangled.
